2.Purchase and Redemption

• Gift Cards are available for purchase online at https://miniture.in.
• Gift Cards may be redeemed only for products available on https://miniture.in.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• The value of purchases will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Card.

3.Validity and Expiry

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Expired Gift Cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.
• No extensions will be provided beyond the expiry date.

4.Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-resellable.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or reimbursed.

5.Limitations

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

6.Returns and Refunds

• If items purchased with a Gift Card are returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement Gift Card (subject to our return policy).

7.Liability

• We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your Gift Card.
