Refund and Returns Policy

At Miniture, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. We offer a 100% Free 7-Day Return Policy exclusively for our furniture priced above β‚Ή5000. For all other products and furniture below β‚Ή5000, returns will be accepted based on specific conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return

Furniture (Above β‚Ή5000)

You can return your furniture within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items

    • If the furniture arrives with visible damage (e.g., cracks, dents, broken edges).
    • For minor issues (e.g., small scratches or scuffs), you may opt for a repair or replacement service instead of a return.
  2. Defective Items

    • If the furniture has manufacturing defects that affect its intended use (e.g., structural instability, uneven legs, or poorly fitted joints).
    • Natural variations in color or minor molding marks on plastic materials are not considered defects.
  3. Other Reasons

    • If you’re unsatisfied with the furniture for any reason (e.g., not as expected or change of mind), you may return it. We will request a brief explanation for the return.

Furniture (β‚Ή5000 or Below)

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.


Other Products (Accessories)

Returns for non-furniture items (e.g., accessories) will be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If the product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, it is eligible for return.
    • For minor cosmetic issues, we may provide an exchange or repair service instead of a return.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Items

    • If the product delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or model) or incomplete, you may return it.

Note: Returns for accessories and furniture priced β‚Ή5000 or below will not be eligible under the β€œany reason” clause available for higher-value furniture.


How to Return a Product

1. Initiating a Return Request

Write to us at support@miniture.in within:

  • 7 days of receiving plastic furniture priced above β‚Ή5000.
  • 48 hours of receiving plastic furniture priced β‚Ή5000 or below and other products.

Include:

  • Photos of the product highlighting the issue (if any).
  • A brief explanation for the return.

We will review your request and provide instructions via email for the return process.

2. Free Reverse Shipping for Furniture Above β‚Ή5000

  • Free reverse pickup is available for furniture priced above β‚Ή5000 at eligible pin codes. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-courier the item, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.

For furniture priced β‚Ή5000 or below and accessories: Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if reverse pickup is arranged by us.

Important:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, with original packaging and intact tags.
  • The shipment remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

Refund Policy

Furniture Above β‚Ή5000

  • Refunds are processed after the furniture has been received and validated.
  • No shipping charges will be deducted for returns within the 7-day period.

Furniture Priced β‚Ή5000 or Below and Accessories

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and validated.
  • Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 to 14 days of return approval.
  • COD Returns: Refunds will be transferred to a bank account of the customer’s choice upon providing bank account details.
